Since our foundation in 1924, over 100 years ago, SUIDO KIKO has been led by the company philosophy that “making it our societal mission to contribute to the fulfillment and equipment of life environments” as we have played an integral part in Japan’s waterworks history. We began as a water treatment company, but our business operations have since diversified to include a wide range of water related fields, such as sewage treatment, industrial water wastewater treatment, and the operation and maintenance of related plants. Our technologies, developed through the course of our long years of experience, are contributing to improved living environments not only in Japan, but also in many regions around the world. In 2002, SUIDO KIKO became part of the Toray Group, and is using the synergies made possible by coordination with Group companies to further develop forward-looking technologies. As a comprehensive water treatment engineering company, we are dedicated to creating better relationships between water and people, through measures such as recycling and effective utilization of water resources, in order to create the sustainable recycling societies that will be so critical in the 21st century.
